Howard is a long standing member of LipSync, joining the company from Fountain Television, to head the graphics department in 1998. Starting his graphics career as a Quantel Paintbox artist, in the earliest days of digital graphics, Howard has a wealth of experience and has an extensive cv in film and television design and art direction. Howard also helped develop the Visual Effects Dept at LipSync and has supervised effects for films such as River Queen, Ladies In Lavender, Cashback and The Descent, and TV shows including Silent Witness, The Class Of 76 and Doc Martin. Although in overall control of the department and its output, Howard remains very hands on and involved with all levels of the production process.
