LipSync Post receives multiple nominations for the Conch Audio Awards 2009

LipSync Post has received multiple nominations at this years Conch Awards, including Best Audio for TV for their work on the Red Riding Trilogy.
Senior Re-Recording Mixer Paul Cotterell was a double nominee, receiving nods in both the TV Dubbing Mixer of the Year and Film Re-Recording Mixer categories, while Re-Recording Editor Sean Hannah is up for Best Newcomer.
The Conch Awards celebrate the achievements of the many individuals and companies working in audio post production. The winners will be announced on Tuesday 22nd September.

Dean Spanley Nominated for 12 New Zealand Film and TV Awards

The nominees for the third annual Qantas Film and Television awards have been released, with Dean Spanley leading the field with 12 nominations including Best Picture and Best Sound Design.
The film, a LipSync Post co-production, received the full post treatment at LipSync, including Titles, DI, Audio and VFX.
Says Kevin Phelan, LipSync Head of Post Production, "Lipsync Productions are extremely proud to be associated with this film, and the nominations it has received are richly deserved."
Paul Cotterell, who is nominated in the Best Sound Design category stated "This was a bold and unique project, that was a joy to work on."
