Stefan joined LipSync in January 2006 after nearly 8 years at The Moving Picture Company, where he was one of their longest serving Visual Effects Producers. Armed with a CV that boasts some of the largest VFX films in the UK in the last ten years, including Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alien vs Predator, Die Another Day and Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, Stefan also brings a wealth of on-set experience from his time on Working Title’s Wimbledon and Danny Boyle’s Sunshine. Stefan was perfectly placed to bring his experience and unique perspective to lead the expansion of LipSync’s visual effects department.

Recruiting key HOD’s with similar experience from large facilities Stefan’s key aim was to bring a level of talent, experience and organisation akin to the most professional of VFX houses and refocus these attributes away from mass produced, factory style VFX, toward a more creative, friendly, boutique style facility, able to tackle any size of feature with confidence.
