Having graduated with Honors from Edinburgh College of Art in 1996, Glen decided to follow his love for film and went to study for his MA in Computer Animation/Visual Effects for Film at Bournemouth University. Upon completion of his degree in 2000 he moved to London, getting his first job in the industry working at Double Negative.

He has since worked at a number of notable facilities both locally and internationally, including working on King Kong at Weta Digital and House of Flying Daggers at Animal Logic. In London, Glen has worked on numerous projects, among them Blade 2 and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets at Framestore CFC and was also part of the Emmy award winning team on the Life and Death of Peter Sellers. Glen then moved to The Moving Picture Company to work on Kingdom of Heaven and Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, followed by Cinesite UK to contribute to The Omen and X-Men: The Last Stand.

Glen joined LipSync Post in July 2006 as a lead compositor before becoming Visual Effects Supervisor in January 2007. Since joining he has supervised the department's work on a number of films including 28 Weeks Later, The Bourne Ultimatum, The Mutant Chronicles, Flashbacks of a Fool and Knife Edge.
